1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SweetChat (sweetchat.in and related apps or services), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What SweetChat is

SweetChat is an interactive character story chat platform. You browse characters, read a short story setup, and chat in character. The experience is designed for immersive story chat and community-created characters.

The public face of SweetChat is SFW: catalog covers, default browse, and marketing are meant to stay clean and payment-friendly. Mature or NSFW characters and chats exist only as opt-in content (see Section 5). SweetChat is entertainment software. It is not a dating service, escort service, or real-person sexual services marketplace.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or use the service. By using SweetChat you confirm you meet this requirement. All characters and roleplay subjects must be adults (18+). Content that sexualizes minors is strictly prohibited and will be removed.

4. Accounts and free use

You may browse and chat within free limits that we set and may change over time (including fair-use or hard limits per user). Free access may include public characters, including public NSFW characters when you have enabled NSFW in settings. We may add metering, rate limits, or quotas to keep the service stable and affordable.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your login secure.

5. SFW surface and NSFW opt-in

By default, the site presents SFW browsing. NSFW characters and mature catalog items are hidden until you turn on NSFW in your account settings (and confirm you are 18+). Public NSFW characters created by users may be available to others who have NSFW enabled.

Covers and profile images must stay non-pornographic. Do not upload nude, explicit sexual, or illegal imagery. Mature themes in chat or text definitions between consenting adult characters may be allowed when content rules are followed. We may restrict imagery, tags, or visibility to comply with payment processors, app stores, or law.

6. Characters and content

SweetChat provides official and curated story characters for interactive chat. Characters and stories are fictional entertainment.

We may moderate, unlist, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice.

7. Premium and payments

We offer one-time Premium access passes (for example a 30-day pass). These are not auto-renewing subscriptions unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout. Premium may unlock higher chat limits, fuller access to models or features, and other benefits described on the pricing page at purchase time.

Payments are processed by Stripe or similar providers. We do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our servers. Because Premium is digital access delivered immediately, sales are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law. Contact support if you believe a charge was made in error.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Create or seek sexual content involving anyone 17 or under, or any content that sexualizes minors.
• Upload illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or extreme abuse content we prohibit.
• Abuse the service (spam, scraping at scale, attacks, resale of access, or bypassing limits or paywalls).
• Harass other users or misuse public profiles.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules or harm the community or infrastructure.

9. Intellectual property

SweetChat software, branding, official characters, and platform design are owned by SweetChat or its licensors. You keep rights in original content you create, and you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content on the service so others can use public characters and features as intended. Official and platform content may not be copied or resold without permission.

10. AI and entertainment disclaimer

Chat replies are generated by AI systems and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or fictional. Characters are fictional entertainment. Do not treat outputs as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You use the service at your own risk.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms and the service over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may be reflected by updating the date above.
